Not satisfied?

“If you are not satisfied with your ordered product or service? You can after receiving your order notify us within 14 days that you wish to return the product and cancel the service. You will be informed as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after your notification, receive reimbursement of the purchase amount, including any shipping or administration fees.”

The amount will be refunded by the same payment which you originally used to pay your order.

You are responsible for the diminishing value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Please contact our customerservice. You have 14 days to send the product return to us, after your requested the return. The withdrawal period is 14 days after the service is activated. For a product it is 14 days after receiving the product.

"You are only obliged to pay any subscription fees for the service at the time of dissolution."

"We may wait for refund until we have received the goods, or you can proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

The costs for return shipping are for your own account.

Returning your goods

Send your product, preferably in the original packaging, to the following address, clearly stating your return code (which is provided to you by the customer service)
