With Livv Mobile Alarm you can trigger an alarm directly with one press on the button, where after targeted help will be enabled. This will be done based on your location and personal profile.

You decide by yourself what information you will save in the secure environment of My Livv. This can be by example, the contact details of your health care professionals or important medical information (medications, allergies) which our alarm service gives to the emergency services.

Livv Mobile Alarm works the following ways:

  • With a special Mobile Alarm phone with a built-in alarm button;
  • With an app and a separate Bluetooth alarm button;
  • With a wristband with a built-in phone.

WITH YOUR ALARMPHONE

Implement a professional alarmdesk behind the SOS button on your mobile phone.

To use Mobile Alarm service with the alarmphone you need a mobile phone with a built-in alarm button. You can dedicate the emergency number of the Livv alarmdesk to the alarm button.

This will be done for you in the store where you can buy the phone, or do it yourself if you already have a suitable mobile phone. In case of an emergency press the alarm button: a connection is set up with one of our professionals. What if the alarmdesk does not hear anyhing and your location information is available? Then they will send the emergency services to this location.

If you can communicate with our employees, we will decide with you whether we sent a caretaker or the emergency services.

With your smartphone

To use the Mobile Alarm app, you need a smartphone with a mobile Internet connection. The app can be installed on iPhone and Android devices.

If the alarmdesk does not hear anything and your location information available, then we will send the emergency services to this location.

With the alarm watch

Not everyone wants to use a smartphone. Sometimes you can forget to take your mobile phone with you. Therefor we have the perfect solution; a watch with a built in mobile phone and alarm button.

Livv Mobile Alarm ensures that help is always nearby when it is necessary. Livv started a cooperation with Zembro, the manufacturer of the watch, to develop the Livv Mobile Alarmwatch. Livv Mobile Alarmwatch is your personal SOS service that you can activate through your Zembro watch. With only 1 press of 4 seconds on your Zembro watch, you activate the alarmdesk and speak to someone who will initiate the right helpline for you in case of emergency.

Depending on the situation, this can be your GP, loved ones, caregiver or the emergency services (police, fire brigade, ambulance).

But the watch can also raise the alarm by itself, for example by when you leave the save zone. Your loved ones will be informed immediately through the Zembro App if you the alarm is activated.

This watch works both in- and outdoors, not only in the Netherlands but worldwide where ever there is mobile coverage. A miniature phone is built in, so when the alarm is pressed you set up a voice-audio connection with the watch.
